2. Returns & Exchanges

Not loving your gear? No worries – we’ve made returns easy.

The Basics

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition required: Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached in original packaging
  • Must include: Proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, these items can only be returned if unopened in original packaging:

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address: 1101 Watson Lane, San Antonio, TX 78205 USA

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • Pack items securely (we recommend using the original box)
  • Include your return authorization number clearly on the package
  • Ship to our warehouse

PRO TIP: Consider adding shipping insurance when returning high-value items – we can’t be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:
